Our Grants program has had a makeover, and we've refreshed the schools category so that we can support more schools than ever before.
The refreshed schools category isn't just about saving water. Our objective is to help fund projects that enhance our service region.
Schools must participate in the Schools Water Efficiency Program (SWEP) to be eligible. If not a current participant, schools will be supported to sign up (free) and be immediately eligible - no waiting period.
Funding between $500 and $2500 is available for projects which tick one or more of these boxes:
- Making our community a better place to live
- Helping people to be active and connected
- Improving the local environment
- Encouraging social inclusion
- Saving water for our region.
Applications only open once a year, starting on 3 February 2025 and closing at the end of March.
