Barwon Water has completed site investigations for the water and sewerage upgrade project. We are in the process of finalising detailed designs and will provide an update on the construction start date as soon as it is confirmed. There may be some changes to traffic conditions in the area during works.

Traffic management will be present on site when required, to ensure the safe and efficient movement of pedestrians, cyclists and vehicles. We understand the Great Ocean Road service road bike path is well used by families and children travelling to school. While there may be some altered traffic conditions in the area during works, we are planning to maintain safe access along the Great Ocean Road service road path for pedestrians. Cyclists may need to dismount or detour in sections – we will provide clear signage to assist.
