We’re offering the chance to win $50 off your water bill for telling us what you think.

We’re conducting a survey to gather your feedback on the Birregurra Sustainable Communities – Water program.

We’re keen to find out your thoughts and understanding of the program to help shape future sustainable water initiatives in Birregurra.

As a token of our gratitude for your participation, you’ll have the option to go in the draw to win one of 10 chances to win $50 off your water bill.

The survey will only take 5-10 minutes of your time and is completely confidential.

Terms and Conditions

From 12 September 2023 until 13 October 2023, eligible customers who have completed our Birregurra Sustainable Communities customer feedback survey will be entered into the draw for one of 10 chances to win $50 off their next water bill.

The promotion is being conducted by Barwon Water, ABN 86 348 316 514, 55-67 Ryrie Street, Geelong VIC 3220.

Participation in the promotion is deemed as acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

The promotion applies to uptake from residential and non-residential accounts in Barwon Water’s service region (Eligible Customers) via the online or hardcopy survey, between the 12 September 2023 and 13 October 2023.

An Eligible Customer’s entry will be saved in our Customer Relationship Management system as an identifier of an entry (survey responses remain anonymous, entry refers to email address provided to enter the draw).

An Eligible Customer’s account must be active at the time of the competition prize draw to be eligible to win a prize in the competition.

Ten winning competition entries will be randomly selected on 16 October 2023.

Each competition winner will receive a credit of $50 per account from Barwon Water off their next quarterly water bill. The credit will not apply to any amount owing in arrears.

An Eligible Customer can only win one prize in the competition.

Competition prizes are not redeemable for cash.

Barwon Water employees and immediate family (same household) are ineligible.

The competition prize draw will be conducted at midday (AEST) on Monday 16 October 2023 at Barwon Water, 55-67 Ryrie Street, Geelong VIC 3220.

Competition entries at the time of draw that are deemed not to have complied with these terms and conditions will be deemed invalid.

Competition prize winners will be notified by telephone and confirmed by email. First names for each competition prize winner will be published on www.yoursay.barwonwater.vic.gov.au/birregurra on Wednesday 18 October 2023.

Barwon Water’s decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
