Barwon Water is progressing the upgrade of the sewer network in Elliminyt. The work includes the installation of a new sewer main from Tulloh Street to Pound Road. This important project will improve the reliability and capacity of the local sewer system and support future growth in the area.

Construction of the new sewer main is currently forecast to begin in mid to late 2026, subject to approvals and the appointment of a suitable contractor. We'll continue to keep the community informed as timelines are confirmed.

As part of earlier planning, non‑destructive digging (NDD) was undertaken across various locations along the proposed alignment to help locate existing underground services and inform the detailed design. All areas were temporarily reinstated following these works.

Closer to the start of construction, we will provide detailed information about timing, traffic management, access arrangements, and any temporary impacts. As always, access to private properties and emergency services will be maintained unless we discuss with you prior.
