Barwon Water is upgrading the existing Melbourne-Geelong pipeline (MGP) to help safeguard year-round water supply to customers under dry conditions. The upgrade will ensure Barwon Water continues to provide high quality, affordable and secure services for our customers.

As part of these works, Barwon Water will be conducting pressure testing works at multiple locations between Kirks Bridge Rd, Little River and Heales Rd, Lovely Banks for up to 3-4 days at each location from mid-June 2025 to mid-July 2025.

As part of these works, please note:

• Where required, speed reduction zones and traffic management will be present to ensure safe and efficient movement of pedestrians and vehicles.
• During works there may be increased noise. We will aim to minimise impacts to local residents.
• Access to private property for local residents and emergency services will be maintained at all times.
• There will be no interruptions to water or sewerage services during the work.
