The Customer Advisory Committee met again last month to review an assessment of our performance against the commitments we made in Price Submission 2018-2023. The majority of committee members shared they were 'very comfortable' or 'comfortable' with Barwon Water's performance against the five customer outcomes. The committee also shared information and insights from their communities and networks and discussed projects.

The committee provides a vehicle for customers to represent their community and advocate for a strong customer and community perspective on everything we do. The committee helps us to gain access to valuable local community knowledge and receive feedback on our services and performance.
