Barwon Water is replacing a section of a sewer maintenance hole on Barwon Heads Road, Marshall, as part of our ongoing asset renewal program. These essential works will help improve sewerage services to properties and reduce risks of leaks and odour in the area.

Construction work is scheduled between early June 2025 and mid-July 2025. Work will take place between 7.30 am and 5.30 pm, Monday to Friday.

As part of this work, please note:

• There may be increased noise and dust. We will aim to minimise impacts to local residents and businesses.
• There may be an increase in odour in June as the sewer requires ventilation during personnel entry. This odour is not harmful to people or pets, and we will work to minimise any impacts to nearby residents.
• Access to driveways and private property will be maintained.
• We will reinstate the area upon completion of works, ensuring it is left in good condition.
• There will be no interruptions to your water and sewerage services as part of these works.
