Maintenance hole rehabilitation works – Marshall Railway Station, Marshall

17 July 2024

Barwon Water is undertaking maintenance hole rehabilitation works on the sewer maintenance hole at Marshall Railway Station to ensure we can continue to provide reliable sewer services for our customers.

Works are scheduled to take place from Thursday 18 July to Friday 19 2024 between 7 am and 5 pm.

All works will take place at Marshall Station, 40-60 Drews Road, Marshall with several ventilation sites at maintenance holes throughout the Marshall area.

As part of this work, please note:

  • You will notice some odour as we are working with sewage. This odour is not harmful to people or pets, and we will work to minimise any impacts to nearby residents and commuters.
  • There may also be increased noise and dust. We will aim to minimise this where possible.
  • We will reinstate the area upon completion of works, ensuring it is left in good condition.
  • There will be no interruptions to your water and sewage services as part of these works.

We apologise for any inconvenience. Thank you for your patience and understanding whilst we complete these essential works.
