In late 2016, Barwon Water undertook extensive consultation with customers across its service region to assist with the development of its 2018 Price Submission.
This consultation included focus groups, interviews and a large scale telephone and online survey.
The findings from this research will be used to assist the community panel as they develop recommendations for the 2018 Price Submission.
We recognise Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples as the First Peoples of this nation. We proudly acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the land and water on which we rely, and pay respects to their Elders, past, present and emerging.
